The Park is kept clean. The office staff is wonderful, April is a five ⭐ person. The only issue is they have a problem lwith homeless people coming into the park and using the amenities. Which has caused them to shut down all the amenities ie....pool, laundry room, weight room and library at 4pm M - F and closed on the weekends.
We have new management, they are awesome. New owners too. The park is gorgeous. Pools and hot tubs are open 24/7. That's one of the reasons why most of us moved here. It's fantastic. New residence are friendly and fun. We miss our Canadian friends. I've lived here 8 years and absolutely LOVE this park.
I live at Park Haven my shed was broken into at the first of the year. i would see homeless people running around the park at early morning hours. ever since the manager Gregg took over the park is so much nicer there is no more homeless people running around. the park is much more safer and looks really nice. The manager Gregg has done an amazing job.
People should know that they're swimming pool has black stuff in the bottom and the office people say it's not an amenity for their residents I am a family member of a resident and I can't even take my resident sister who is disabled to the pool to exercise because it's filthy. It's been filthy for 2 months. Something should be done with it to get it up to par so residents and their family members can use it!!!
Just moved my mama in here, love the staff here, park is clean and quiet, and the staff at treehouse corporate office are amazing..Debbie is an angel..Louise and Joy are awesome and accommodating and on top of everything! Bought my mom a cute mobile home for a reasonable price..and my mom is so happy!!! the community here is quiet and clean and there's a dog park my mom loves that...2 pools and 2 hot tubs , fitness center, library and a pool table room with tons of tables..did I mention BBQ grills? very content with my decision to move my mom in to park haven. Her forever home...
It's a pretty run down Park and shows that it's probably less expensive to live there
Mixed bag here. First guy we met was wonderful, it went down hill from there. Most people live here but they rent out vacant spots on daily basis. That being said, dailies are not treated nice. I guess the residents would prefer higher rents to having help paying costs from travelers by NOT knocking on our doors to harass us. We paid for 4 nights only slept there the first night. Left our RV there and went to a hotel.
8 yrs.ive been residing here and it's home safe parkhaven for me I am thankful
